Along the way, I saw how often clinicians were asked to do meaningful, complex work without the clarity, training, or support they deserved.
This work exists because I believe clinicians should not have to choose between ethical integrity, clinical confidence, and professional sustainability. The principles that allowed my practice to grow—while staying aligned and effective—are not proprietary or theoretical. They are practical, teachable, and meant to be shared.
