Dr. Jessica Scher Lisa
Dr. Jessica Scher Lisa is a licensed psychologist and the founder of a thriving group practice specializing in neurodiversity-affirming assessment and treatment. Her clinical work is grounded in the belief that ethical, effective care requires moving beyond deficit-based models and toward approaches that honor neurodivergent lived experience, context, and strengths.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Lisa has built and grown a successful practice rooted in neurodiversity-affirming evaluation, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention. Through this work, she has seen firsthand how traditional frameworks can leave clinicians feeling uncertain, clients feeling misunderstood, and outcomes falling short of what is possible. Her approach integrates evidence-informed practice with real-world clinical application, emphasizing accuracy, accessibility, and respect for individual differences.
Dr. Lisa is particularly passionate about supporting clinicians working with neurodivergent individuals who want to practice with greater confidence, clarity, and ethical integrity. Through her continuing education courses, she translates complex clinical concepts into practical, reflective training that clinicians can immediately apply to their work.
